It can be so difficult some times to try and fit some self-care into your week. Always feeling stretched for time and leading busy lifestyles, it is so easy to forget about looking after ourselves.
Since becoming a mum my needs have obviously been shimmied to the bottom of the pile. It should not feel that way but a lot of mums will agree that it kind of gets a back seat.
